New York Knicks coach Mike Woodson announced today that Mr. Lin-sanity Jeremy Lin is still not ready for the Heat/Knicks game 3 at Madison Square Gardens on Thursday night.
After taking part in a 3-on-3 full court scrimmage with other Knicks today Woodson announced the bad news.
With Amar’e Stoudemire’s unsuspected and un-needed injury on Monday night, Lin would have been a much welcomed back addition. Woodson was quoted as saying that they will evaluate Lin’s knee again on thursday but did warn fans that he still may miss the first round altogether.
Not quite the setback Lin or Knicks fans would have wanted, seeing as now is the time the Knicks really need to dig deep to claw their way back into the first round Playoff tie.
What do you think?
Will we see any Lin-sanity this playoffs, or will it have to wait until next year?
