The NBA 2014/15 season is so close you can count the days on one hand…
*Checks calendar and counts day on hand*
Now that I’ve clarified you can actually count the amount of days on your hand let’s get down to why you are reading this right now.
As is often the case with this time of year a lot of people begin putting out predictions for the season ahead and try to decipher what is actually going to happen next.
The problem with doing this is that 99% of the time we are left with egg on our faces.
Bill Simmons last season predicted Phoenix to finish bottom 3 in the west and look what happened there.
My fellow podcast host, Pumpa, said that the Wizards wouldn’t be any good and look where that got him.
After writing those previous sentences I’m now questioning why the hell I’m even writing this article, want to know why I’m writing this? Because making these predictions is one of the most fun things you can do and as humans it’s insanely hard not to try and predict what is coming.
The beauty of this article today is that I’m bringing on board my Miami Heat loving cousin, Tim McKern. A kid who I spent a lot of my childhood growing up with and someone who I can guarantee we will be hearing a lot more of in future.
Strap yourselves in and prepare for some absolutely ridiculous predictions, yes the normal ones will be in there but the rest will be a mixed bag of questions.
